Branding is much more than a logo. To design a pure brand experience, we had to go through a hard, long and deep internal alignment process. After converging business view, employers' feedback, professional's goals and internal process, we gave life to the new Bemobile's design system. The logo is simple, strong and consolidated. It's enhanced by colors and organic shapes while expressing the agency's flexible environment. Each department is represented by a unique color which served to identify quickly the materials and mainly to give more protagonism to people and to value employee's work. These final materials are the result of a rich journey of collaboration to improve processes and solve internal pain points. The Design Thinking mindset was crucial to reach good solutions in a friendly approach and also to motivate people in participating more in the company's life.
